• Step 3: Gently press the vacuum hose into the floor with your feet while holding the handle firmly and tilting it towards you. Note: the dusting brush will not rotate if placed in the wrong position
• Step 4: Turn off the Shark NV360 when vacuuming is complete

With Lift-away mode, you just need to disassemble the body and use it like a regular vacuum cleaner. Remember: function (II) is for carpets only. Do not use this mode to vacuum on hard floors because the brush can damage or scratch the floor if run for a long time.



Time limit for cleaning some parts of NV360 Shark Vacuum:

• Dust cup: clean right after each use
• Foam and felt filter in front of the engine: clean every 3 months
• HEPA filter after engine: clean every 2 years
• The filters can be cleaned with only water. Soap or detergents may damage the filter. In addition, make sure that all parts taken out for cleaning are completely dry before reinstalling them into the machine. This will avoid burning the engine inside.
